Mobile Web Server - Final update without update error!

wow, it's something, comes end of year and last days from Nokia Belat labs and testers have really hard days, last few days they released few new applications and now finally yesterday they released Mobile Web Server 1.5.1 final beta version.

  

this new release includes really nice changes startin of this that when you installing application, it not says "unable to install" or "update error" as was on previous releases. now itself installs new updated version of Python 1.45.

         "With the latest Mobile Web Server 1.5.1 beta release we have been able to implement some cool features and fix many of the existing ones:

          Group Calendar widget. With this easy to use widget you can see your family or friends device calendars in real time, and make new appointments.

          The widget also serves as an example on how to utilize the MWS REST APIs to develop new kind of applications. The widget is now available on Nokia Beta Labs.
           Better support for S60 5th Edition and touch devices (such as Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia N97).
          Numerous "bug fixes" based on extensive testing and feedback from you.

   this release includes compatibility of new TOUCH series phones (s60 v5) 

New service widget Group Calendar is a small widget that allows you to have a live access to your friends' device calendars. There is no need to synchronize your calendars with PC or some server cloud, as we can access each others' mobile calendars directly. With the widget you can check availability of your friends, make new requests and send free text messages to them.

Nokia Image Exchange - Share your life

Today, on Nokia Beta Labs site appeared new experimental application named Nokia Image Exchange, this is new service from NOKIA, "Nokia Image Exchange is an experimental image gallery to make browsing and sharing images fun and easy. It aims to provide a seamless integration of a mobile image gallery application and a corresponding web-service. Image Exchange explores user experience when the mobile phone is enabled with an always-on data connection and utilizes existing contact information as a basis for social networking. 

A few notable highlights include: automatic account creation, automatic back up and synchronization of image data, instant sharing, notifications about new images from contacts and a web interface for uploading and downloading images" 

It's OK, but don't install if you haven't free data service, better use WiFi, because it can "eat" your mobile's internet traffic to download images from server. you can visit from PC to your or others galleries.

for now it supports:

 System requirements
In practice, a flat fee data plan or WiFi usage is recommended.
Supported devices: N95 (all versions), N85, N82, N81 (all models), E71, N76, N78 and Nokia 5320 XpressMusic. Image Exchange should also work on many other 3.1 and 3.2 S60 devices. 
Devices known not to work or have issues: N96, E90, Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. 
Web service is tested with Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 7. Google Chrome and Opera 9 seem to work. At the time being, Internet Explorer 6 has some aesthetical issues.

WOW! countdown stopped - Nokia anounced N97 and other new models!

at last countdown reached to ZERO on Nokia's events site today, Nokia made anouncement of first N series QWERTY touch - N97 and few new devices.

New version of N-GAGE application v1.10_1345 ready to download

hello readers of this blog ;) i have news for you all N-Gage 2 owners, i have checked update availability of N-gage app and it's ready to dowload, now version is 1.10_1345

I don't know yet if it's available from official pages of ngage 2, but from mobile its ready to download.

I'll post changelog and screenshots tomorrow, but now i can say, interface of application is same like was in previous versions, size of installation file is 9.02 mb

Most awaited N-Gage game officially available!

Few days ago, from my N-gage application I refreshed games availability and... whoala, my favourite game ONE was available :D
After anouncing this game, most of all wanted to be available as soon as possible, more games added but... my ONE was only in dreams..

At last it's available for download on n-gage 2's official site, size is ~13mb, more game details available in it's site

Game is very interesting and graphical interface is pretty good, as models drawing, my rating to this game is five stars. On trial it has 3 gaming scene - TATAMI, KU'DAMM and LA MERCED, 7 rivals - Edward, Pancho, Nick, Anuj, Melissa, Raven and Kaymeister + you can choose random player too. it is multiplayer game, you can play with your N-gage friends via Bluetooth too.

It have option for capturing game scenes, 3 levels of difficulty; 1,3,5,7 rounds of playing, time countdown 15, 30, 60, 90 seconds and ∞ - no time limit before wins one player :) and ranking off/on option.

i have now only trial version of this game and I'll going to purchase this amazing game.

hello my friends, welcome to my blog!

this is my 1st blog, I'm waiting Nokia N81 8Gb from WOMWorld/Nokia for trial period 2 weeks and I wanted to be this Phone review first post in this blog :)
